By sponsoring the Caribbean Food & Culture Festival, sponsors agree to:
- Submit logos, artwork, and materials by deadlines.
- Pay sponsorship fees as agreed; fees are non-refundable except if the event is canceled.
- Follow all event and venue rules.
- Allow the festival to use sponsor logos for event promotion.
- Respect the festival’s cultural and family-friendly standards.
- Event Changes & Liability:
- In case of cancellation or postponement, sponsorship benefits transfer to the new date or may be refunded.
- Sponsors are responsible for their booth, staff, and equipment. The festival is not liable for loss or injury.
